Qualification: Mechanical Engineering (Diploma / B.E.)
Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in QA/QC functions. Experience in manufacturing industries will be preferred.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and quality control activities in our manufacturing operations.
The candidate should have strong knowledge of testing, inspection, quality standards, process control, and customer quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC systems and procedures.
- Monitor and control product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
- Conduct and supervise incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements.
- Review inspection and test reports and maintain quality records.
- Handle customer complaints, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
- Coordinate with production, design, and purchase departments to resolve quality issues.
- Lead internal quality audits and support external/customer audits.
- Manage inspection activities, measuring instruments, and calibration records.
- Train and guide the QA/QC team to achieve quality objectives.
- Monitor quality performance and prepare quality reports for management.
